Atmosphere: It’s like you are in a country-style barn, as wood is their dominant styling piece. I was amazed about the photos pasted on the walls, just tells stories on how people western people cook ribs and it reminded me of Andrew Zimmern’s episode. The palce was so relaxed, no fuss and fun; definitely a place where you feel you can eat tasty ribs with bare hands.
Value: Granted that this humble restaurant is situated in Makati, I immediately thought it might be expensive. But it wasn’t. A plate normally costs more or less 250 PHP for main courses (ribs and beef) and 150 PHP above for appetizers. Cheap version of Racks with the quality in it.
Service: Personally I like how thoughtful the crew to us, they love to flash their big smiles and constantly asking us how the food were. They were attentive, courteous and although we came in to avail 2 vouchers (1000 worth, but paid 500 PHP) they still treated us they same with regular customers.
Food: Amazing! The ribs were super tasty, bbq sauce was just in good combination of sweetness and peppery taste and it was soo soft too. Yes didn’t stuck in my teeth! Hubby’s beef was beyond perfection pepperish, soft and juicy, and blended perfectly with garlic sauce. The nachos tasted great too, the salsa matched the yummy ground pork with all chessyness in it and the cheesecake, mouth-watering! Best feature, they serve in generous portions.
Verdict: ❤❤❤ - Definitely will come back!
